Welcome, everyone, and thank you for joining us today on Janus Henderson's third quarter 2025 earnings call. I'm Ali DeBosch, and I'm joined by our CFO, Roger Thompson. Before discussing the quarterly results, I wanted to comment briefly on the non-binding proposal submitted by Tryon, a 20.6% shareholder of Janus Henderson, and General Catalyst, a growth venture capital firm, earlier this week to acquire all outstanding ordinary shares of Janus Henderson that Tryon does not already own or control.
