At this time, all participants have been placed on a listen-only mode. Let me turn the floor over to Joe Diaz of Listen Partners. Joe, please proceed. Good afternoon and welcome to all participating on today's call to review the financial and operating results of IPM for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026.
