Hello, everyone, and thank you for joining the call to discuss our fourth quarter financial results. To discuss our results today, I have with me our CEO, Charles Brindamore, our CFO, Ken Anderson, and Patrick Barbeau, our Chief Operating Officer. We will begin with prepared remarks followed by Q&A. And with that, I will turn the call over to Charles. Good morning, and thank you for joining us. Last night, we announced another very strong quarter. Net operating income per share for the quarter was up 12% to $5.50. And for the full year, was up 33% to 19 and 21. This brings our compounded annual net operating income per share growth to 18% over the last three years and 12% over the past decade. exceeding our 10% growth objective.
