Thank you so much for taking the time to to meet with us today. As as Marcus said, my name is Matthew Farnam Schneider. I'm the CEO of Catena Group. And our purpose for wanting to meet with you today is to give you a bit of background on the transaction that we announced last week and our our acquisition of INSIG AI PLC. As Mark has mentioned, we we have with us Steve Cracknell, who's the CEO of INSIG AI PLC. We got to know INSIG AI PLC, or I I got to know INSIG about two years ago, and I've been incredibly impressed by the work that Steve and his cofounder, Warren Pearson, have have done in setting up this company and the incredible work that they've done in helping asset managers to make the transition into a data led, a data centric investing strategy.
