I'm accompanied this morning by CFO and head of consumer lending, Mark Ruggiero. We had a busy third quarter. We closed on the enterprise transaction on July 1st and completed the systems conversion this past weekend. We posted solid financial results and continue to make progress on several of our strategic initiatives.
