Thank you very much for that introduction. Let me say good afternoon to all the listeners. Thank you very much for taking the time out to listen to the presentation today. As an introduction, I'm sure you're all aware that we put an r and s out yesterday concerning a fundraising which we're going through, and I'd I'd like to come back to that and maybe talk a little bit more about that at the end. But we thought we'd take the opportunity to make the presentation today, Tim and I, just to bring you up to speed with where we are with the company, what we see as a very exciting future going forward, and put the whole fundraising into context because we're clearly a period now, if you've read the RNS, where everyone has the opportunity to participate in the fundraising, which is something we we felt very strongly about giving people the opportunity to do.
