Good afternoon. I will now continue with this and, welcome everybody firstly to this, presentation. And as, has just been said, we'll look forward to your questions by, email on the screens in due course. So my first welcome is to say we are HELIOS UNDERWRITING PLC. We are a unique vehicle in the sense that it's a listed company, as you know, but also it is an owner of a 500,000,000 Lloyd's syndicate capacity spread portfolio at Lloyd's. We're unique in that respect. We're not underwriting any particular syndicate such as, say, Beasley or Hiscox. We are a spread of those vehicles. So I'll just go into the first page other than the disclosure, which I'm sure you'll read with care, and then onto the opening page.
