Thank you very much, and welcome to this presentation from HAYDALE PLC. Today, we're going to provide an update to investors on the changes which have taken place in HAYDALE over the course of the past financial year, The progress that HAYDALE has made towards the commercialization of what was an r and d led organization into an advanced material and clean technology company. We will touch on the recent, acquisition of SMCC, the role that plays in driving forward this commercialization. We'll explain the business, in SMCC, and we will talk to, the progress that we have made with integration. We will also be closing with the fifteen month period review, the results which were recently announced for the year through to September 30.
