Very good morning, everybody, and thank you for your attendance and engagement for this meeting, and thank you to Investor Meats Company for hosting us. I'm joined today by our CFO, Frank Jackson, and senior independent director, David Minchin, over my shoulder. And obviously, we're happy to give you the updates as to the company progress the company is making. We'll also touch on what the next milestones are as we move the company forward. Then I'll hand over to Frank who can run you through the annual results, which we released last week. And then we'll obviously do the Q and A. And David, please feel free to jump in as we sort of make progress through the slide deck. So, yes, we're HALO MINERALS. For those of you who don't know us, we are a company listed on the AIM market as of the end of March this year. And we're focused on the near term development and production of key strategic and battery metals from the reprocessing of legacy mine waste, which is surface accumulated metal rich mine waste and a strategy we internally refer to as ESG metals.
