So it is now just after 09:30AM, Wednesday 12/18/2024 and I'd like to welcome you to the Annual General Meeting of GREATLAND GOLD PLC, a company incorporated in England and Wales. So today we welcome shareholders to our meeting at the offices, the registered office. We're at the offices of GREATLAND LLP from the firm of solicitors in the city based at Salisbury House, London Mall. And I note the meeting is being recorded to facilitate viewing by shareholders virtually through the investor meet company platform. In case of emergency, a bit of housekeeping, the staff here will be able to direct you to the emergency exits as necessary. We have a quorum present.
