Good afternoon, everybody, and thank you very much for attending this IMC meeting, where we will welcome you to, to talk about and report on GHH's interim results for the first half of the year ended the 03/31/2026. Firstly, I'm very pleased to be able to introduce James Court, sat alongside me, our new CFO, who joined the group at the beginning of April. James and I will be following the agenda shown on the screen. After the highlights section, James will cover the group's first half results, and then I will provide a segmental review and progress update on the implementation and delivery of the group strategy, including outlook.
