I'd now like to hand you over to Keith Harris, chairman. Good afternoon, sir. Good afternoon, everyone, and thank you for joining us. And thank you very much, Alessandro, for arranging this. I'd like to give you a couple of minutes of introduction just to tell you how I got to where I am in this company today. And the journey started actually for me in the early nineteen eighties when I was introduced to a cable TV company in The United States in an industry sector that was just beginning to get going. I did a number of equity raises, convertible bond raises, some merger and acquisition work for a small company in a suburb of Philadelphia called Ballachimwood. That company is called Comcast Corporation. Today, it's capitalized at a $180,000,000,000. It trades 18,000,000 shares a day. And the first transaction I did for it was raising $22,500,000 in a euro convertible bond offering, 22,500,000 versus a 180 today in 1982. The the reason I refer to that is that there are many similarities between that company and the types of challenge and opportunities that there are for the rural broadband business that I'm involved in with GLOBAL CONNECTIVITY.
