And good morning to everybody. This is David Gladstone, Chairman of Gladstone Investment. And this is the earnings conference call for the third quarter ending December 31st, 2025 for the 2026 fiscal year. That is the March 31st year. And we hope we get all of our shareholders on board and analysts in order to tell you about the future of the company. We're listed on NASDAQ under the trading symbol GAIN for the common stock, and then we have three preferred stocks, GAIN N and GAIN Z and GAIN I. Three different registered notes.
