Speaker 1: Now, without further ado, I'm gonna hand it over to Mark to kick things off and just chat about progress in 2023. Speaker 2: Well, thank you very much, Romeo. So, Speaker 2: yeah, it's been an interesting year on many fronts. Speaker 2: We completed our PFS, which was a very important milestone for us. We have significantly Speaker 2: de-risked the project, and we've got it described in much more detail Speaker 2: with a much higher level of confidence. Speaker 2: And we have also Speaker 2: solidified, I would have to say, Speaker 2: our relationship with Mitsubishi Corp. Working with them, we got to know each other very well, Speaker 2: and it has become ever more apparent Speaker 2: how valuable it is to have them Speaker 2: as our partner. They are really, Speaker 2: they like this project, Speaker 2: They like us, Speaker 2: thankfully, Speaker 2: and they would really like to see this thing get built. Speaker 2: Now, Speaker 2: something else that's happened this year is the price of nickel has gone down by 50% from 6 months ago. Speaker 2: It's plummeted. Speaker 2: So, you know, quite frankly, we put out a Speaker 2: pre-feasibility Speaker 2: report with the...
