Good afternoon, Mark. Thanks very much. Good afternoon, everyone. I'm Dave Budd. I'm the chief executive of GENEDRIVE, and I'm joined today by Russ Shaw, our new chief financial officer who's just joined GENEDRIVE in in March of this year. Thanks to all of you for joining us on this Monday to review the company's activities and progress during our fiscal year to June 2022. Presentation run about twenty five to thirty minutes, I think, total. I'll take you through the company's product development and commercialization progress, at least those sections of the presentation, and and Russ will take you through our finance slide, And we'll both participate, as appropriate with any questions that you have, towards the end.
