I'm going to run through a few of the presubmitted questions relating to the placing because I know that's raised, know, concerns amongst some people. Then I'll hand over to my colleagues, Tom and Mark, who'll take you through where the business is at the moment and where we're heading. So we we've also had quite a few people asking why did you do placing, what were the details of it, and all the rest of it. And I'm gonna take you through the process because I I think for some people, this will just be motherhood and apple pie. For other people, I think it might be useful to understand in real life how these things actually happen. So we were sitting in the same room Wednesday of the previous week on a having just seen Gfinity's RNS, which you'll probably be aware they had a shocking profits warning and said, oh, by the way, we need to raise some money. We've been in talks with them for four, six weeks, maybe a bit longer, can't remember exactly, about the joint venture which Mark will describe later. And we thought, well, hang on.
