I'd now like to hand you over to James Barder, CEO. Good morning. I'm James Barder. I am the CEO of FUTURA MEDICAL and I'm also joined today by Andrew Hildreth who is the Finance Director and COO of FUTURA. I would just like to say, Andrew is suffering from the b a two eight six variant of COVID at now. So if her voice sounds a little out of key, that is the reason why. First of all, I'd just like to give a brief corporate overview of the company. FUTURA is an AIM listed company. We're based at the Research Park in Guildford, and we describe ourselves as a virtual organization. We have 15 staff members, including directors, and we have a low overhead base. We have a significant outsourced infrastructure, which includes not only contract manufacturing, but 30 consultants. Our real skill set is around applying skin science, obviously, to the skin and novel applications. But for us, what is very important is that we develop clinically proven treatments.
