Good morning, and thank you very much for joining us for our Annual General Meeting. I'm Roger McDowell. I'm Chairman of FLOWTECH FLUIDPOWER PLC. Let me just briefly introduce my fellow directors. I think we may even have a slide. My fellow directors include Aelsa Graham Webb, non executive director Jamie Brook, non executive director Stuart Watson, non executive director and Russell Russell Cash, CFO company and company secretary and Mike England, who is also with us here today. Sorry, did I mention you twice? Like last year, we understand that a number of shareholders are physically unable to attend the AGM. So we're pleased to announce as last year, we're facilitating an online AGM experience through the IMC platform. And I'll remind you that this will be available subsequently. I think I'm correct in saying those of you that want to do it online and repeat the experience. The IMC platform does allow shareholders to listen to the proceedings of the AGM and ask questions through the live chat. So we encourage questions through the live chat. And it would be good if you have them. What we're going to do is firstly deal with the formal business of the meeting. And if anybody has any questions relating only to the resolutions of the formal business, then please pop them through now, and we will take them.
