Hello, everyone, and welcome to our twenty twenty five full year results earning call, where I'm joined by our Chief Financial Officer, Karen Hazen Smith. I will start by going through the key highlights for the year. Then Karen will take us through the financial results both at group and division level, and I will follow with an update on our business turnaround and how the actions taken over the past three years are positioning us for growth. This will be followed by our outlook before we conclude with Q and A. So let's start with the highlights. 2025 was a turning point for James Fisher. It's marked a year in which our efforts to focus, simplify and deliver have shown results and laid the groundwork for future growth. Over the past three years, we have both streamlined and strengthened the group, creating a more resilient business and a coherent platform that can unlock our strategic potential.
