Well, thank you very much everyone for attending our results presentation for our preliminary announcement of results for the year ended 03/31/2026. For those of you who've attended this meeting before, you will know that there is a presentation that is available online. And I think all participants have it have access to it. It's my intention to go through the slide as fast as I reasonably can, and look forward to your questions, which I think is probably more interesting for you than hearing me speak. But let me just go through the results in the order of the presentation. Starting on what I think is Yeah, the third page. Pre tax profit up 12.2% to 3,400,000 from 3,000,000 last year. Importantly, underlying profits are up by some £650,000 per annum from about 1,000,000 last year to 1,650,000 this year. And what we mean by underlying profits is that if I and the rest of the team were to go on holiday, and all other things being equal for the rest of the year, we would make a profit of around 1.65, we would have made a profit of around 1,650,000. And that is good when you think that the prior year, that was only a million quid. So the unde...
