Before we begin, we'd like to submit the following poll, and I'm sure that the company will be most grateful, for your participation. And I'd now like to hand over to CEO, Philip O'Quigley. Philip, good afternoon. Good afternoon, and good morning, and thank you all for coming. My name, as I said, Philip O'Quigley, CEO of FALCON OIL and GAS. We had our AGM, in person in Dublin early this morning, a well attended and a very interactive. I think it went on for a total of two hours. It was a super AGM in terms of the participation. So I hope I can kind of cover a lot of what we discussed and chatted about earlier this morning on this AGM presentation. I'll go to the presentation, and then as Mark said, there'll be some q and a that'll be presubmitted. We'll we'll address those. So, hopefully, it'll answer a lot of your questions.
