I'd now like to hand you over to Tarek FADEL, CEO. Good afternoon. Good afternoon. I'm Tarek Fadal. I'm the founder and CEO of FADEL PARTNERS. I'm here with the Corey Gibbs, our CFO based in The UK. By way of background, I founded the business in 2003. Came from a long history of business to business technology software. Spent a considerable amount of time at Oracle and Cambridge Technology Group before that, really working with enterprise clients deploying enterprise type software around the world. And our a public company's CFO, been so since 2018, but predominantly background in investment banking, helping companies grow through m and a and capital raise. So we'd like to talk to you today about what the company does at a glance and effectively what our software does and how our technology helps customers. So FADEL is a leading developer of cloud based IP brand and and brand licensing software as well as brand compliance software. We've had a very strong track record of growth, particularly over the last four years, And we've made a concerted effort on also increasing our recurring revenue growth over these four to five years.
