And we're, you know, continuing to Speaker 1: attempt to do that. So Speaker 1: I Speaker 1: think the key takeaways here is we are striving to make continued progress, although it might not be the same magnitude we've seen in the last couple of years, where we remain Speaker 1: optimistic Speaker 1: about the outlook. Your productivity numbers have been great. So the hiring is very effective. Like, you know, this is not a criticism. Speaker 4: It's just Speaker 4: a question of like modeling facts. Speaker 4: Is sort of the competition for talent, has it like Speaker 4: scaled to a level and is it that the talent you guys are hiring has also scaled to a level where, Speaker 4: you know, maybe a return to the sub 60% Speaker 4: comp ratio Speaker 4: is gonna be more challenging. Speaker 4: And therefore, Speaker 4: you guys are driving the difference and you wanna make sure that you're not compromising on standards and whatnot.
