Thank you, and good afternoon, everyone. Thank you for joining us today to discuss ATAR's fourth quarter and full year 2023 operating results and corporate update. We are joined today by Dr. Sanjay Shukla, our President and CEO, and Ms. Jill Broadfoot, our CFO.
