Alongside me, as always, I've got our CFO, Greg Price, and joining us today is also our COO, James Lowry. So let's take you through the results as we see them so far. So, really, for us, we just wanna reiterate the reason the ESSENSYS exists. So we work with the world's largest real estate brands and company companies to help them meet the evolving needs of their tenants in a world which is much more flexible and much more dynamic, as we're all facing into this, changed environment of hybrid work post pandemic. And our companies are some of the largest, brands and operators of space in the world, people like Legal and General, JLL, Tishman Spire across The US, the most well known and respected brands. Our ambition and our vision is to power the world's largest community of flexible tech driven spaces, and today, we'll share the progress we've made and how we look to meet that ambition.
