I would now like to hand you over to managing director, Sean Bunn. Good morning to you, sir. Yes. Good morning. And, yeah, just by way of introduction, I'm Sean Bunn, the managing director. And Greg Kunzil, finance director. And it's a pleasure to be here in London this morning and have the opportunity to give this update. So many on the on the the broadcast today and those listening in streaming will no doubt understand the potential of this amazing once in a generation titanium project. So we, we constantly point to the fact that it's a global giant. It, as a resource, a mineral resource statement that was released last year, it is one of the largest and highest grade deposits of titanium reported globally. It has a very high purity advantage both in terms of the quality of the ore that we you know, the minerals that we've discovered in this in this sedimentary basin, but it's also in terms of the quality of the products that we are able to make from those minerals. So we've got a a high purity advantage over many of our our peers. And also, you know, the grade is exceptional. However, the continuity of the grade is is also an amazing feature of the ore body. So every meter of every hole we've ever drilled has been in mineralization. Literally no interburden in the ore body and virtually no overburden. So ore body, you know, is presenting itself at surface. We released an MRE last year in October. We plan to update that.
