Good morning, everyone. Thank you for joining us today for our Q3 call. We do have quite a bit of material to go through. Before I turn it over to Trent, I want to point out a couple of things. They've been filed on Cedar Plus and they're also available on our website. We will be making use of a presentation today. That presentation is on our website and I encourage you to follow along.
