Just for those who don't know the story, EDEN RESEARCH is an analyst company focused on sustainable pesticides for crop protection and a number of other critical markets where we focus on the delivery of sustainable chemistry using plastic free, polymer free encapsulation technology. I'm Sean Smith. I've been chief executive for approaching ten years. My background is I've been in the chemical industry the vast majority of my career. I joined EDEN at a time where the business was structured as a licensing business and led the transformation of the business from a licensing company into a product development registration and commercialization company. My background is long term in the chemical industry in a range of commercial roles from sales and marketing through to business line management. And I'm Alex Avery. I'm the CFO.
