Skott Mealer is a project and construction management professional with over 25 years of international experience. The last 15 years include successfully executed projects in the Americas, including with Kinross Gold Corporation. Skott has extensive project experience in Ecuador from his involvement with major mines currently in operation within the country.

Christian Kargl-Simard is a professional engineer with over 19 years of experience in the mining industry, working in technical and finance roles. Prior to starting Adventus Mining Corporation, Christian worked in investment banking roles for 10 years where he was involved in raising more than $7 million in financings and assisted in completing over 25 M&A transactions. Christian is also a chairman of Surge Copper and director of Archer Exploration.

Alvaro Dueñas is a qualified lawyer with over 20 years of international business experience focused primarily on the development of natural resources and foreign trade in Ecuador. His past experiences include being responsible for the growth and development of Codelcos subsidiarys exploration project portfolio and relations with government and community representatives and being an instrumental member of high-profile negotiation teams in Ecuador.
