Thank you very much and welcome everybody to this Q1 and closing call on Schenker. I would particularly like to welcome all the employees of DSV and certainly also our new colleagues from DB Schenker. Welcome on board as well. We look very much forward to a combined journey together with you. And we have to remember, going forward, everybody is a DSV employee. So with that said, I will quickly move on to the next slide. We will do the presentation as usual, where I will take some of the slides, Michael will take some of them, and then we will come back to the Q&A part. So, of course, moving into the highlights. I know it's the 30th of April and it's actually not Q1, but I still believe that the highlight of the day is the closing of the Schenker transaction. And we are all very excited, proud and pleased and all these emotions that we have in relation to a landmark transaction that means the world to DSV.
