Mr. Kosonen, a dedicated entrepreneur, and investor has over 30 years’ experience in leadership roles in businesses across Europe, Asia, and North America. His current focus is on natural resource investments, particularly mineral exploration companies operating in mining-friendly jurisdictions. Mr. Kosonen is the co-founder and director of NewQuest Capital Inc. and OCP Holdings Ltd., privately held investment firms based in Vancouver, Canada. He also founded and serves as Chairman of FinEx Metals Ltd., which holds gold and nickel exploration assets in his native Finland. Additionally, Mr. Kosonen sits on the board of directors of Inflection Resources Ltd. and Headwater Gold Inc. Previously, Mr. Kosonen held the position of Managing Director, Asia-Pacific, for Nokia Cables (later NK Cables), a leading global manufacturer and supplier of telecommunications equipment. He holds a master's degree in economics and has lived and worked in Finland, China, and Singapore prior to relocating to Vancouver, Canada.

Mr. Stroup is an exploration geologist and mining executive with over 17 years of experience exploring for gold, base metals, and geothermal resources. Mr. Stroup’s career has focused on creating value through early-stage exploration with major mining companies as well as junior explorers. In addition to his role as partner and director of NewQuest Capital Inc., Mr. Stroup is a founder, President and CEO of Headwater Gold Inc. which is actively exploring a large portfolio of epithermal gold projects in the western United States in partnership with Newmont Corporation. Mr. Stroup also serves as US Technical Lead and Director of Red Canyon Resources Ltd. which explores for copper-gold porphyry deposits across western North America. Mr. Stroup’s prior roles include Senior Geologist for Kinross Gold Corporation, where he focused on greenfields exploration in Nevada, as well as positions with several junior explorers working on diverse resource projects from Central America to Alaska.

Mr. Waddell is a mining executive with over 30 years of diverse international experience. His broad expertise encompasses commercial, technical and capital market aspects spanning both junior exploration and major mining companies. This extensive and wide-ranging background provides him with a comprehensive understanding of the mining industry and its associated capital markets. Mr. Waddell is the co-founder and director of NewQuest Capital Inc. and the founder, President and CEO of Inflection Resources Ltd. with copper-gold exploration assets in Australia and an exploration partnership with AngloGold Ashanti. Mr. Waddell is also a founder and Executive Chairman of Headwater Gold Inc. which is exploring large gold exploration projects in the western United States in partnership with Newmont Corporation. Prior to his current roles, Mr. Waddell held the position of Vice President - Greenfields Exploration for Kinross Gold Corporation, where he was responsible for all global generative exploration initiatives. Previously, he was a founder and former President and CEO of GoldQuest Mining Corp., a company focused on exploring and developing copper-gold assets the Dominican Republic. Throughout his career Alistair has lived in various countries, including the Dominican Republic, Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, Chile, Venezuela, Australia and Canada.

Mr. Zerb has over 30 years combined professional experience in mining, mineral exploration and development, capital markets and financial analysis. His technical experience includes senior roles in generative mineral exploration, development and open pit and underground mining of base and precious metals. In 1996, Mr. Zerb joined an established Vancouver based Investment firm, PI Financial Corp. as a Mining Analyst. From 2001 to 2005 he led the Capital Markets Division as Vice President of Research and Institutional Sales. During the latter two years, he served as President and CEO of the firm's wholly owned US subsidiary. In 2005 he joined Canaccord Genuity Inc. as a Senior Mining Analyst, leaving the organization in 2012 as Director, Research Analyst, Metals and Mining. Mr. Zerb previoulsy served as President and CEO of Exeter Resource Corp. During his tenure Mr. Zerb directed the re-engineering development program of the Caspiche copper-gold porphyry deposit in northern Chile. Exeter was purchased in an all-share takeover by Goldcorp Inc., now Newmont Corporation, in 2017. Mr. Zerb is currently a partner and director of NewQuest Capital Inc., Chairman of Inflection Resources Ltd., Chairman and CEO of Red Canyon Resources Ltd. and a director of Headwater Gold Inc. Over his career, Mr. Zerb has been directly or indirectly associated with raising capital in excess of US$250M, largely for mineral exploration and development companies.
