Good morning and thank you for joining Comstock Inc's third quarter 2025 earnings call and business update. I'm Zach Spencer, Director of External Relations. Today is Thursday, October 30, 2025. Today, we filed our form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30th, 2025 and issued a press release summarizing third quarter results. Both documents are available on our website. Joining me today are Corrado De Gasparis, Comstock's Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Judd Merrill, Comstock's Chief Financial Officer. We strengthened the balance sheet, we funded our growth plans, and we positioned the company for the next phase of commercialization.
