I would now like to hand you over to Steven West, executive chairman. Good afternoon to you, sir. Thank you. Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to the Rockford Therapeutics investor presentation today. I'm Stephen West, the executive chairman, and I'm joined here today by our new CEO, Achin Reginald, to talk about the newly transformed, Rockford Therapeutics. As you would have seen, we completed the acquisition of Oncogeny last week, which has transformed the company into a material oncology biotech business focused on the next generation of cancer medicines. We're very excited about this acquisition for a number of reasons. I think the main reasons are it's enhanced our board and management team, it's added two complementary drug programs to our existing portfolio, and it introduces additional funding through a 14 p placing that we did raising just over £1,000,000. So it's a very exciting time for the company. I'm absolutely delighted that we've completed the transaction. And, you know, if I was gonna summarize where we're at, we have all the tools in the toolbox to to deliver shareholder value. Yeah.
