Jim holds an MBA from the University of Calgary, a BA Geography from Carleton University and 25 years of experience in the resource sector, including advancement of the 5 million ounce Esaase Gold Project in West Africa as a member of mine development team at Keegan Resources Inc. (now Galiano Gold). Other resource sector engagements include the Hunter-Dickinson Group, Kennecott Canada, Breakwater Resources Ltd, McIntosh Engineering and Stantec Engineering.

Speaker 2: So at this point, the opening slide here, you'll see a good layout of Benchmark's ground. Speaker 2: We are indeed targeting 5 million ounces. However, you know, that's not a near-term Speaker 2: target that we're looking at. The 5 million ounces is a target over Speaker 2: another drill exploration program. Speaker 2: It's going to take another 1 to 2 years to get to that type of total. Speaker 2: However, near term, Speaker 2: we are indeed Speaker 2: approaching or looking at multimillion Speaker 2: ounce gold and silver potential.
