Thank you for joining this morning. In terms of just some introductions, I'm Dan Cricket I'm the Group Chief Executive Officer for CHRISTIE GROUP I'm joined today by my colleague Simon Hawkins who's our CFO Myself and Simon been with the group with the combined nearly forty years between us, so four decades of experience We've held a number of roles across the business both in the operational businesses and more laterally obviously at the group level I've been with the group since 2007 Originally from 2010, CFO, served in roles as COO and was appointed CEO in July 2023 Simon joined me on the group board in 2017 having previously worked as the Finance Director for our CHRISTIE GROUP businesses for twelve years. So that's us and we're here today and we're here to talk through the results for full year '25 that we released yesterday and give an introduction really to the business and the group and explain what we do and what we're trying to do in the years ahead.
