Speaker 2: Today's results mark an important point in Chequers development. Speaker 2: We've moved from a period of substantial investment and restructuring Speaker 2: into a profitable, more focused business. Speaker 2: The formal sale process has concluded. Speaker 2: It provided extensive external validation of our technology, Speaker 2: customer base and recurring revenue model. Speaker 2: And although it did not produce an offer at which the value of the board felt it could recommend, Speaker 2: Our focus has now moved firmly on to independent execution Speaker 2: and demonstrating the greater value that we believe exists within Checkit.
