Good morning, good evening, good night for us, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Greg Maher, Executive Chairman of CAPITAL METALS with the Tepravan mineral sands project in the East Coast Of Sri Lanka. And with me, I think a lot of you probably have met me before. Not many of you have met Stuart, our COO. So I would like to hand over to Stuart to introduce himself and just give you a bit of his background because you will be hearing more from Stuart. Yeah. Thanks, Greg, and hi, everyone. So just, yeah, a bit of background. I grew up in country Western Australia. So actually, our family farm was not far from Iluka's mineral sands mine in Eniaba. So whilst we didn't directly benefit from that mine, I could see the positive impacts of having a a mineral sands mine close to a community, so the jobs that it created and just the general support for that community. So from there, that young boy went off to study engineering in Perth. First role was with Rio Tinto in Dampier in Western Australia, so iron ore. Worked my way from sort of ...
