Joining me on today's call is our president and CEO, Julie Lawless, and Todd Cucci, our CFO. With that, let me turn the call over to Julie. Thank you, Jordan, and good afternoon, everyone. We appreciate you joining us for today's call. Our subscriber results in the third quarter were weaker than expected, reflecting higher churn from the combined impact of macroeconomic factors, competitive pressures, promotional roll-offs, and billing migration activities. While overall customer losses were disappointing, we saw modest improvements in third quarter connects as compared to the prior year period, a trend that carried into October. ARPU performance, along with discipline execution, allowed us to deliver financial results largely consistent with the second quarter.
