Just introducing who will be presenting today, myself, John Richards, Chairman, as has been said, Alan Simpson, Group Chief Executive and Mike Gant, the Chief Financial Officer. Next slide, please. So our highlights for the year past. It was a strong performance across all of the group's divisions despite the tricky macroeconomic backdrop, particularly post September 2022 with all the struggles that that month brought us. We're continuing to benefit from the strategic decision to broaden the group's product portfolio and become less dependent on housing. When bringability first floated around about 80% of its products went into new housing as we stand today, and that's around about 50%. So a significant change.
