I'd now like to hand over to Ian Stalker, Knight Executive Chairman. Good morning. Thank you very much. As you correctly indicate, the meeting will start immediately. And just to introduce myself, I am Ian Stocker. And for the purposes of this meeting, I will act as chairman. We have two shareholders with us, Patrick and Stuart, representing my two other shareholders, I understand. So welcome to you both. Thanks for making the time and effort. In order to get this meeting started, need a quorum. A quorum is present, and therefore, we're able to convene this meeting correctly. The notice convening the meeting has been in everyone's hands for the required twenty one days. And with your approval, I should take it as read.
