Morning all and welcome to this 00:00:54.815 -- 00:00:56.678 quarterly update. 00:00:56.678 -- 00:00:59.822 It really has been a transformational quarter for us as Emma said. 00:00:59.822 -- 00:01:04.848 So we've seen the successful conclusion of a really important 00:01:04.848 -- 00:01:07.251 deal for ourselves. 00:01:07.251 -- 00:01:12.298 We've spent the last two years going through a strategic funding 00:01:12.298 -- 00:01:17.485 process and this year we saw the successful conclusion of a strategic 00:01:17.485 -- 00:01:23.589 financing deal. The deal with CLNC Overseas Limited 00:01:23.589 -- 00:01:28.480 sees them putting in an investment of up to $321.5 00:01:28.480 -- 00:01:32.128 million. And that's broken up into two different numbers. 00:01:32.128 -- 00:01:35.972 The one number is a straight payment of $294.5 00:01:35.976 -- 00:01:41.025 million. which is for them to buy their 45% share, and then 00:01:41....
