Good morning and a warm welcome to a presentation of BT Consulting Groups first quarter of 2025. My name is Gardina Lundqvist and I work with communication and I am here at BT and I will immediately hand over to Martin Stenström who is our CEO. Then a little further ahead in the program we will also meet the head of the business area Anders Nilsson who will tell about one of our latest investments. Ja, Martin Stenström heter jag som Katarina berättade och jag vill först tacka för att ni är här och lyssnar på vår presentation av BT's första kvartal 2025. Jag brukar som Jag börjar som jag brukar med att prata lite om vår kultur. Vetenskapskultur är ju det som gör oss unika och det som håller ihop våra medarbetare och bolag. Denna gång vill jag lyfta kulturen som vi har bland våra ledare. Vi är stolta över att vi har en positiv prestationskultur. Med det menar vi att rätt personlighetsansvar och frihet agerar i något tydliga ramar med fokus på resultat och ansvartagande. So our performance culture is about having the right person at the right place, creating discipline in thinking and acting, and giving freedom within a clear framework. This is something I am very proud of that we have and continue to develop, and it is one of our commitments to become Sweden's best consulting company. Let us now move on to the Q1 report.
