And, good morning, ladies and gentlemen, investors, and welcome to our second investor meets. We think this is a great platform to reach out to all our shareholders and other investors. So, welcome and looking forward to take you through an update of ATLANTIC LITHIUM and the AWEA project. So just quick introductions. We've got Amanda Harsis here, our finance director, who you, would remember from the last meeting. And, we got a new face here, which is Keith Muller, who joined us in November as, COO. So Keith comes with a wealth of experience, but importantly, he's actually built and operated hard rock spodumene pegmatite deposits, and in particular, Mt Cattlin in Australia. So it's ideally suited to build the Awoyan mine and get it into operations. So I'll just let Keith give a little bit of a background on himself and then come back on. Excellent.
