And as there is a call in present, I declare this meeting open. For those of you who don't know me, although I've been introduced, I'm Ed Smith. I'm the nonexecutive chairman of ASSURA, and I'd like to welcome everybody to this year's AGM. In addition to those joining the meeting in person, this year's AGM has also been made available to view via investor meet at the company platform. Investors watching the meeting via this platform are able to see and hear the AGM but have not seen or heard by the board and has made clear in the notice of the AGM are unable to vote via the platform. Questions may be submitted in writing over the platform and will be addressed at relevant points in the meeting, and we can see them on the screen. I'm joined to hear today by my fellow directors, and I'd like to introduce them briefly before we begin.
