Good afternoon, and welcome, everybody. Thank you for taking the time to join us today. So, I'll be talking through our interim results for the six month ending the 06/30/2024 and also, a little bit more about the outlook and upcoming milestones for ARECOR THERAPEUTICS. So I'll draw your attention to our legal notice. So, for those of you that might be joining us for the first time today, I'll just spend a few minutes really giving a some background information, a high level view of ARECOR. So at ARECOR, we're very much focused on transforming patient care by bringing enhanced therapeutic medicines to markets that are more effective, easier to use, and safer. And we do this by leveraging our innovative and proprietary formulation technology platform, Aristat.
