WEBVTT 00:00:00.031 -- 00:00:05.039 Good morning everyone. I'm Stuart Chambers, Chair of Anglo American and it's 00:00:05.039 -- 00:00:10.228 my pleasure as usual to welcome you all to our results presentation for 2023. 00:00:10.228 -- 00:00:11.851 Now 00:00:11.851 -- 00:00:15.938 before handing over to Duncan and John, I'd just like to do two things. 00:00:15.938 -- 00:00:20.606 I'd like to update you on last year's board changes and then also give you a very short 00:00:20.606 -- 00:00:25.350 board perspective on today and tomorrow. 00:00:25.462 -- 00:00:30.468 Firstly, on board changes, I'm delighted that Magalie Anderson joined us in April 00:00:30.468 -- 00:00:35.575 last year, a senior industrialist in the world of cement, but actually much more 00:00:35.575 -- 00:00:36.977 importantly 00:00:36.977 -- 00:00:40.861 for us at any rate, a passionate expert in sustainability. 00:00:40.861 -- 00:00:43.104 And as you all know, sustainability 00:00:43.104 -- 00:00:47.990 is at the heart of all we do and actually how we do it at Anglo American. 00:00:47.990 -- 00:00:53.006 And then in December... perhaps very well known to you, is Stephen Pearce, 00:00:53.006 -- 00:00:58.913 stepped down and retired in December after seven years as our finance director. 00:00:58.913 -- 00:01:03.999 And we welcomed John Heasley, who we see here, who joined on the 1st 00:01:03.999 -- 00:01:06.802 of December, a little more than a couple of months ago. 00:01:06.802 -- 00:01:11.004 I must say, John, it feels like it's a lot longer than that. 00:01:11.207 -- 00:01:16.233 But I'm very pleased to say, at risk of embarrassing John, that he's already made and 00:01:16.233 -- 00:01:21.343 he's already having a big impact. So moving now to a brief perspective on 00:01:21.343 -- 00:01:26.936 today...
