And, we are thrilled to be with you here today, to share with you, all of the details behind our record results, for the full year of 2023. And, with that, I can go into some quick introductions on the team. Presenting with you today, I, of course, am Nicole Stella, Nikki Stella. Eighteen years of executive level experience in the promotional products industry. I've got a track record of identifying and capitalizing on new revenue sources, launching products, services, and driving profitable growth, managing p and l's. I'm an experienced PLC CEO and board member, and I am truly thrilled to be with each and every one of you here today and tell you, our story and and truly how we are at an inflection point with the business going forward.
