Last night, we announced a transition to our board that reflects the company's commitment to succession planning and cost reduction. Joining me on today's call are our outgoing Chairman, Executive Chairman Tom Fink, our incoming Executive Chairman Arif Somerton, and AMIUS President and CFO Stephen Leonard. Before we begin, I would like to point out a couple of items. We issued our financial results for the fourth quarter results earlier this morning.
