I'd now like to hand you over to James Leahy, Non Executive Chairman. Good morning. Good morning and welcome everybody, ladies and gentlemen. As stated, my name is James Leahy. I'm the Chairman and I'd like to welcome you to the twenty twenty two Annual General Meeting for ACTIVE ENERGY GROUP. Before we move on to the formal business of the meeting, it might be useful and indeed it is my pleasure to introduce the other directors with me: Michael Rowan, CEO Andrew Diamond, CFO and fellow non exec Max Aitken. Before the formal part of the business, I will read a statement which was published this morning. In the last twelve months, it's been the most transformative in the history of ACTIVE ENERGY. For the first time, the company was able to produce its next generation coal switch fuel in industrial quantities, deliver coal switch and demonstrate prospective customers worldwide its competitive and environmental advantages. In 2022, the company has been working closely with Player Design International Inc, our strategic partner, to complete a redesign of both the manufacturing process and the process reactors to enable production of industrial volumes of cold switch.
