Please go ahead, sir. Good morning. Welcome to the second quarter 2025 earnings conference call for Acme United Corporation. I am Walter C. Johnson, Chairman and CEO. Acme United had an excellent second quarter of 2025, setting a quarterly record for earnings. This, of course, excludes the one-time gains from the forgiveness of the PPP loan in 2021 and the sale of the CUDA and Camillus businesses in 2023.
